Moments : The Frontal Cortex

This morning I was  thinking about melody and harmony. Moments is not what I had intended to write about today. However, I was captivated by the phrase “the things we see everyday… can ache with ignored beauty.” I had to watch the video. What a great invitation to be in the moment. What a gentle way to remind us that every day has the potential of being beautiful.
